First i assume you burned the Windows 7 RC to a DVD, you have to boot from the cd. Importantly is the bios setting of the computer set do the first boot device is the CD/DVD Drive.

    You don’t.

You must run it natively on REAL hardware; NOT on virtualization software.

If, for some reason, you can’t create another partition, buy another hard drive and install it on that.

Okay, here is what you do:
    1. Burn the RC to a DVD
    2. Reboot
    3. Boot from the DVD by pressing F8 (possibly another key on your BIOS, it’s subjective) and selecting the CD Drive
    4. Press a key so the Windows installer will boot
    5. Format the HDD to NTFS
    6. Install
    7. Reboot and set up Windows 7

I would not advise doing this in any way as Windows 7 is still in RC and not stable (also there could be some drivers missing), I would recommend creating a separate partition for Windows 7 and installing it on that, you will need to reinstall GRUB to be able to boot Ubuntu again.
