windows 7 vs vista


if there was a task that was scritly based on OS power and if i took windows vista 1 minute to do that task then how long would it take windows xp and how long would it take windows 7.

    Windows 7 is the best. Vista is the worst.

    on xp probably about 30 sec, but if you’re talking about installing a program (vista’s UAC problem), then the same moment you start it. on 7, i guess it’ll take about 35-40 sec. 7 is better than XP, but XP is better than Vista (vista is in the middle). that’s what i think

    Hi! There really is no way to determine that…
    OS power will also depend on hardware, file system, services running…. In essence, it will seem that Windows XP is the fastest, Windows Vista second fastest, and Windows 7 the slowest due to it being a release candidate only and still has compatibility issues.
