Microsoft Windows 7


If I were to buy Windows 7, would I be able to install it on both my desktop and laptop?
Does anyone know how much it might cost?

    Theoretically, you will have to buy a new license for each computer as it is now with Vista. However, because it hasn’t been officially announced, we don’t know anything yet. More than likely, the base version of Windows 7 will cost in the 300 dollar range.

    Windows 7 is a beta package so it is free but it can be glitchy maby you should get windows vista package…

    Microsoft doesn’t plan to release it until 2010, but they do say there will be multiple versions, like with Vista. The pricing will probably vary from $100 to $300 or more, depending upon the version you get. And the licensing will most likely be the same as Vista – one key per machine.
